Last week’s changes to the National Minimum Wage will benefit approximately one million workers after rate saw an increase of 3.8 per cent.
The new hourly rate for workers aged 22 and over increases to £5.73 per hour, with workers aged between 18 and 21 receiving £4.77 per hour and the rate for 16-17 year olds rising to £3.53 per hour.
